In 1932, Louis Armstrong appeared in Max Fleischer's Betty Boop short I'll Be Glad When You're Dead You Rascal You. Armstrong and his orchestra appear in live-action - it is one of the first times Armstrong appeared on film. In addition to the title song, Louis Armstrong and his Orchestra also perform The High Society Rag for the film.
